Email and product updates
We use Brevo to deliver account verification, password recovery and service notifications. Optional product newsletters require a separate choice from a verified account. You can unsubscribe in Settings or through a newsletter link. We store consent times and delivery status; individual opening and click events are not ingested or used by the app. Brevo also handles delivery diagnostics under its service settings. Payment documents and billing notices become available when paid plans are activated.
Your personal workspace
The web service stores your account profile, preferences, and the meetings, people, notes, and tasks you choose to add. Personal workspace records are scoped to your authenticated account. A community role does not automatically grant access to private notes.
Drafts in this browser
The note editor keeps recovery drafts in this browser tab, including note text and links to a person or meeting. These drafts are stored as text on this device and are separate from notes saved to your account. The editor shows whether your changes have reached your account. Private attachment recovery also keeps limited file identity and transfer details in this tab, without file bytes or download links. Browser session restoration may retain these local records; signing out clears accessible recovery copies.
Files attached to private notes
Saved notes accept privately stored PDF, PNG, JPEG and UTF-8 text files within the displayed limits. Attaching requires your permission and does not start AI processing. File transfer and downloads require a connection. Completed attachments remain until the file, note or account is deleted; unfinished transfers expire after one day. Deletion revokes new access and schedules object removal, while an already issued download link can remain usable for up to two minutes. Account export includes attachment metadata, with original files downloaded separately.
Connections and permissions
Provider connections are separate from signing in. A provider may require its own permissions and approval. Access tokens are service credentials and must not be included in notes, support requests, or public links.
Your choices
Settings includes data export and deletion-request controls. You can change your language, time zone, and appearance. Meeting recording and automated outreach must not occur merely because you created an account.
Current release limitations
Before the commercial release, the operator’s legal identity, primary processing region, applicable retention periods, subprocessors, transfer details, and jurisdiction-specific notices must be finalized and reviewed. This preview notice is not a claim of universal regulatory compliance.
Contact about privacy
Use the contact form in Help and select “Privacy request”. Your request is stored with a reference. Describe it without sending passwords or private meeting contents. Account-related requests require identity verification.
