How do I get started?
Create an account, choose your time zone in Settings, then add a meeting, a person, or a task. You can use manual workflows before connecting a calendar.
How do I join a meeting?
Add the existing secure meeting link to your meeting. The Join action opens that link directly in the provider. A meeting without a link still supports preparation and private notes.
Can I invite someone without an account?
Guest invitations use a scoped link. A guest can see the permitted meeting details and respond without installing an app. Invitation sending depends on configured email delivery.
Where are my notes stored?
Notes in your personal workspace are private to your account. Linking a note to a person or meeting does not automatically share it with participants.
Why can’t I connect my calendar yet?
Each provider requires production credentials and, in some cases, approval. Settings displays current availability. We do not label an unconfigured provider as connected.
How do I change my time zone?
Open Settings, update the IANA time zone, and save. A meeting is stored as an instant, while date-only task deadlines stay on the intended calendar day.
Are native apps and Pro available?
The web workspace is available. Native store releases, paid subscriptions, and live AI processing are being prepared. Check Apps & devices and Pricing for current status.
How can I export or delete my data?
The account section in Settings provides export and deletion actions. A deletion request is recorded for processing, and its status is shown before completion is claimed.
