Choose the time zone in Settings.
The calendar displays meeting instants in your selected zone. Someone in Tokyo and someone in London can see different clock times for the same meeting. Changing your display zone does not move the meeting itself.
Treat all-day items and deadlines as dates.
An all-day event belongs to a calendar date, rather than midnight in UTC. A task with a date-only deadline keeps that date when you travel. A task with a timed deadline represents a specific instant.
Review a repeated or missing hour.
When clocks move forward, some local times do not exist. When they move back, a clock time may happen twice. The day view follows the actual length of the day and labels repeated hours with their offset. Choose the intended occurrence rather than relying on the clock text alone.
