Remember the conversation around the contact.
A person’s page brings together the meetings, notes and tasks you have linked to them. It gives you a practical starting point for preparation, without inventing a relationship score or searching someone else’s private workspace.
People do not fit one naming convention.
Use the name a person uses. Keep relevant organization, role, tags and contact details without forcing a first-name/last-name split. Language and time zone remain explicit choices.
Resolve duplicates with a review.
Choose the contact to keep, then preview the merge and review alternate email identities. Existing details on that contact take priority; missing details can come from the other contact. The linked private history moves together. A guarded undo is available for 24 hours when the contacts and linked history have not subsequently changed. Later edits are protected from being overwritten.
Make an introduction a human decision.
A private contact is not permission to send an email or share their details. This preview does not scrape address books, score employees or send automatic relationship outreach. Community introductions are optional: both members choose to receive requests and accept the proposed introduction themselves.
