Start your day
REMEMBER CLEARLY

Leave the conversation with something to keep.

Private notes, permitted sources and reviewed next steps stay connected to the meeting.

Field guide

Start with a note.

Write a standalone note or connect it to a meeting or person. Your personal notes remain private to your workspace. They do not become visible to a community organizer because you are both members.

Bring a source you have permission to use.

Upload an authorized transcript or audio file with explicit consent. Where an eligible Google Meet account provides transcript access, you can review and import that source separately from your calendar connection. Eligible Microsoft Teams and Zoom accounts also support a separate, consent-based transcript import. Availability depends on your provider, account permissions and connection configuration.

Review before it becomes a commitment.

When AI processing is configured, review the estimated usage before starting. A summary keeps source references, and suggested actions remain proposals until you confirm them. Edit a suggested title or date instead of accepting an unsupported promise. Questions need available source evidence; they are not a substitute for missing meeting history.

Choose what stays.

Raw files have a separate retention period from your notes and approved tasks. Removing consent stops new in-app access to the affected source and its derived answers. A previously issued download link may remain valid until its short expiry, up to two minutes; it cannot recall a file already downloaded. Your explicitly reviewed tasks remain your work. Live recording is not part of the current public preview.

Made for your world. Wherever that happens to be.
