Export your work.
Use Settings to request the available account export. It includes owned workflow data, permitted source metadata and private note attachment metadata. It does not bundle original files into a binary archive: download those separately from their authorized note or source. An export does not include another member’s private workspace.
Remove a source or leave a community.
Source removal and consent withdrawal revoke new in-app processing and derived access. Previously issued download links can remain valid for up to two minutes; downloaded copies are outside this access control. Leaving a community removes that membership’s shared access; your own private notes remain yours. Disconnecting a calendar stops future sync and explains the imported data retained locally.
Remove a private note attachment.
Removing an attachment keeps the note text. Deleting the note also removes access to its attachments and schedules their storage cleanup. Completed attachments have no automatic 30-day expiry; unfinished transfers expire after one day. A previously issued download link may remain usable for up to two minutes until object removal, and deleting a file cannot recall a copy already downloaded.
Delete the account deliberately.
The account deletion flow requires an authenticated confirmation and coordinates account data, sessions, device registrations and private-file cleanup. Storage removal can involve background retries. Backup copies follow their retention lifecycle, and recovery must reapply erasure before serving restored data.
Release information is being completed.
