Know what is saved, and where.

Understand the current browser and native offline boundaries.

Field guide

The web app has an offline fallback.

You can add the web experience to a supported home screen. Its offline page helps you reconnect; it does not contain a cached copy of your private workspace. An already open note editor can retain a local draft while disconnected. That draft reaches your account only after a confirmed save when the connection returns.

Files need an online transfer.

Private note attachments are not stored for offline access. Open a saved note while connected to attach or download a file. The browser keeps limited transfer-recovery details, not file bytes or download links; after reopening, select the original file to resume. Note text drafts and file transfer have separate save states.

Native builds have a separate offline queue.

Internal mobile builds keep selected account data in an encrypted local store and queue supported note and task changes. A pending change is not a provider-confirmed invitation or a completed purchase. Competing edits can require review after reconnection.

Check the release state.

iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch builds are available through the owner TestFlight group. Signed Android phone and Wear OS packages are available for owner testing. Widgets and the iOS share extension are included in the native builds. Public store downloads are being prepared; check the Download page for current availability.
